Keluarga dengan anak kecil Singapore, 14 Maret 2013	bare minimal location, breakfast (seems ok), cleanliness 4,7 room was clean but really bare minimal. spent a sleepless night as the room was very stuffy without the aircon on (granted that it was cold & snowing outside). plus point is that it is very close to the train station which made things easier. Please be careful that this is Hotel NATIONAL Bern, I was pointed to wrong Hotel Bern initially and spent almost half an hour getting to the right place.

Berpasangan China, 21 Januari 2013	an old history location 8 a good location, very close to the train main station, abt 10-min walk. the hotel himself should be old, very impressed by his old elevator. the room is acceptable,with shared bathroom. a warm reception. the best season to bern should be april to sept, i assume. bern is a small city, which could be an optional instead of a must when you plan your swiss trip

Berpasangan Azerbaijan, 03 Januari 2013	Good size room. bathroom small friendly staff like stepping back into a bygone era. 8 close to station. easy to find very central. good breakfast good selection of food.. antique lift surrounded with grand stair case.we had a feel of being transported back to europe's opulent era.we would use this hotel again if we had the opportunity. Tips perjalanan: Adjustable heating in bedroom.

Staff are very friendly and informative about the happenings in Bern so very helpful.

We managed to haul our luggage fm the train station to the hotel in less than 10 min. No kettle in room. Had to loan a flask and self-collect the water from the restaurant on the ground level.

But we manage to storage our luggage then we go for a walk in bern. They will recommen few places to you to visit. And the hotel provide free wifi.
