Great location but do not expect Hotel services

Its situated in a great location however it is more like a self-service b&b rather than a hotel. Is a flat with a few rooms and a kitchen really, nothing much. no additional services except on your arrival to take you to your room.

This hotel is very nice and cute, it is very close to the landmark and convenient for travelling.
Tip Shopping: This hotel is opposite Chanel shop.

excellent location, just opposite the spanish steps. the hotel was clean and the room sizable. they even made the room everyday and provided clean and fresh towels.

Lovely Hotel, with amazing location

This bed and breakfast hotel is very nice, quiet and the bedroom is all the necessary equipments for a short or longer stay. The location is amazing, right beside "Piazza di Spagna", minutes walk from everything in Rome city center. They will give you a key and you can go around with no schedule limits. The breakfast has reasonable options and they provide good coffee with the Nespresso machine. Just the aircon in the room is a mobile unit and can be very noisy.

Great location, homely feel, boutique hotel

Location near Spanish steps, only a few rooms sharing a home style kitchen & staff emphasised "help yourself"

greeted friendly upon our arrival. boutique style hotel with only few rooms, good size & shared kitchen for breakfast. this all have it a homely feel & added to the comfort of our stay. the location is right in the centre of one of the haute shopping districts & small italian streets complements the experience. spanish steps & metro are also close

owner lacks customer service!!! no relax.

2minute walk from Spanish Steps and 10 - 15 min from major sights. Tidy, neat, compacted B&B. Free Wifi.

we booked this hotel based on previous positive reviews. however we received such horrible / offensive customer service from owner, that we left after 2 days, despite booking for a full 7 days. - miserable experience.
Tips perjalanan: We found a much more affordable hotel in the San Silvestro area, with better breakfast and service! - Make sure you check the bottom of your water or coffee pot. Babuino had not cleaned theirs and had white mineral deposit floating in the water, disgusting! - Check your breakfast food. Babuino's bread had been sitting there for over 1 week, it was dry, crusty and hard. Their breakfast is not worth paying for.
