The interior of the room was a bit old but the toilet was new and clean. If the room was a bit newer the stay would have been perfect. Breakfast was alright with a variety of bread and cereal

Friendly staff. 9,3 Basic hotel which is very well located. Very friendly staff gives you all the info you need to explore Florence at the time of check- in.

Good location, Friendly staff and Excellent Coffee!! 9,7 This is the best hotel I stayed in Italy during this trip! Good location, only 5-10 mins walk from train station to hotel. Really convenience to/from train station and hotel. Also, only 20 mins walk to Ponte Vecchio and other sightseeing point also less than 30 mins by walk! A lot of good restaurant near by the hotel! Italian, Chinese, Japanese etc etc. And taste was good for those restaurants. Breakfast, even they serve bread and drink only. But! Bread all you can eat and the coffee was excellent(my mon said), and Chocolate was good as well!!!! Hotel staff and their owner “Viti family” were friendly, excellent service! Must stay this hotel again if I go Florence again!!

It is also within walking distance of the other attractions in Florence. I got a room on the 1st floor of the hotel with 2 single beds. The room was small and clean. It was sufficient for a single traveller. The pillows were a bit limp though. I had to sleep with the pillows from both the beds. The bathroom seems rather small but they do provide the basic toiletries and hairdryer. Breakfast is served in the room next to the reception on the ground floor. The staff are cheerful and they serve really good coffee. Tip untuk Ciri Hotel: There is no lift in the hotel. I suppose it will be more convenient to travel light / with smaller bags. Otherwise, it may be a challange to navigate the steps with big and heavy bags.
