The building is large and spacious (with a lot of steps!) and good security. It's near U-bahn, train and tram stations. The staff were very helpful and spoke impecable English. The room was clean with newish furniture. Breakfast was a buffet with plently of choice. Only one complaint... A double room means two single beds.
Steffen N. Berpasangan Germany, 17 September 2012	It's a hostel/lodge, much rather than a hotel Breakfast was great 4,3 I ordered a double room and got a twin bed room instead. Then it tuned out that the "hotel" doesn't have double room. It is pretty much a collection of apartments with locks on each room's door. The bathroom is then shared per apartment, i.e. between 2 to 8 (?) people. Since it's cleaned once a day, you're bound to find dirt of others in the sink/toilet/shower. Also the carper in my room was really dirty. The staff was semi-friendly. I had to go get soap and shampoo every day, because the cleaning service wouldn't take care of it in the morning. In the end, I got to the conclusion that this is simply not a hotel, they just call it one. It's a travelers lodge, maybe a hostel even. I'm not sure if these are all translation mistakes or whether they deliberately try to mislead customers into thinking this would be a hotel with double rooms. In any case, is very much overpriced for what you get.

Keluarga dengan anak belia Germany, 29 April 2013	Tolle Zimmer, nettes, sehr hilfsbereites Personal Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft, Sauberkeit 9,3 Das Steps Hotel würde ich jederzeit vorbehaltlos jedem weiterempfehlen. Ein durchweg tolles Hotel. Saubere Zimmer, jederzeit toller Service, freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstück. Ich habe für das Essen nur 4 von 5 Punkten gegeben, weil das Frühstück gerne etwas abwechslungsreicher hätte sein können. Aber es war lecker und für jeden etwas dabei. Um DAS perfekte Hotel zu sein, müsste es nur noch ein wenig zentraler liegen. Die U-Bahn Anbindung ist aber sehr gut und von daher das Hotel auf jeden Fall für Städtereisende zu empfehlen. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Berpasangan Germany, 24 Februari 2013	Einfache Zimmer in U-Bahnnähe Preiswert, Barbetrieb bis 24 Uhr 6,3 Das Hotel liegt im Stadtbezirk Wedding 8 Minuten zwischen 2 U-Bahnlinien in einer Wohngegend. In der Nähe sind auch mehrere Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel und der Frühstücksraum sind auf mehrere Hausaufgänge verteilt. Die Zimmer sind sehr nüchtern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber gut. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich. Die Hotelbar hat bis 24 Uhr geöffnet.

Keluarga dengan anak kecil Germany, 16 September 2012	Sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Service günstig, Stadtnah, sauber, neue Bäder, Frühstück okay, sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis 7,3 Trotz Mittagszeit wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Das Outfit des Hotels ist sehr ansprechend. Zwar einfach gehalten, aber trotzdem sehr wohnlich und behaglich. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Hotel scheint erst vor kurzem renoviert worden zu sein. Der Biergarten hatte im Innenhof auch ein ansprechendes Ambiente, da die hohen Mauern teilweise mit Grünpflanzen überwachsen sind. Ich war rund um zufrieden. Tip untuk Ciri Hotel: Kann man nur empfehlen, wenn man günstig, einfach aber sauber und stadtnah untergebracht werden will
