When we arrived they gave us an impromtu tour of Kata Beach which was much appreciated. They go out of their way to make you feel and home and take care of all your needs and gave us great advice on restaurants and beaches to visit. The negative points - The hotel is very far from the beach and you absolutely need to rent a scooter or take taxis to do anything. Our room was on the third floor which was exhausting in 40 °c weather. The internet didn't function very well in our room and the terasse was miniscule with a view of a brick wall and some vegetation. While the room was clean and comfortable, it felt more like a jail cell. The pool is located at the hotel beside, which means there is no common area to sit and relax at the hotel. The managers are awesome and should consider moving to a different venue to put to full advantage their wonderful hospitality.

Good location with some nice restaurants and not far from the beach. Pay attention to the directions as it's easy not to see it from the road.

Berpasangan Netherlands, 03 Maret 2013	Great service and good quality rooms Most helpful staff ever, good quality rooms, Kata is great location on Phuket 8,7 They are the most helpful and friendly hotel I have ever met. They help out all their guests, recommend great places to see and things to do. Our stay has been so relaxed because of that. Kata is an ok little town on Phuket, not too much of the big tourist crowds. Kata Noi beach is a lovely beach close to the hotel (10 min car ride).

Berpasangan South Africa, 27 Februari 2013	Looked nice but broken facilities Owner spoke great English, was very friendly and welcoming 7 We only stayed one night, we had a flight the mext morning to Bangkok, but the room seemed nice at first glance. However, the tap in bathroom's basin was lose (turning the tap off resulted in the tap nearly coming off the wall), and our one bedside light wasn't working - I assume the globe was blown. So it was OK, I just feel like the owner needs to personally inspect the rooms as I doubt his staff told him about these little issues. Otherwise the owner was friendly, organised, arranged a taxi for us no problem. The room was clean. Tip Tarikan Perhatian/Pemandangan: Our tuk tuk back from Patong didn't seem to know the way to this particular place. Even after we told him it was by the "big gasoline" place. Just double check that the driver knows where you are going before you hop on.
