Acara menginap tidak menemui masalah, hanya saja lokasi secret cliff ada di tanjakan dimana ke Patong dan ke bawahnya tidaklah dekat. silakan mencarter tuk tuk untuk ke patong dan ke pantai sebelahnya, dimana jarak tidak lebih dari 10 menit.

Secara keseluruhan tidak ada yang kami sukai.

Kamar lumayan nyaman dan bersih, tetapi terlalu kosong, kurang dekorasi di dinding. Pemandangan dari balcony ke pantai di block oleh pepohonan yang lebat dan tinggi.
Tidak ada fasilitas wifi di dlm kamar, yang ada hanya di restaurant dan reception.
Untuk kategori resort : hotel ini kurang ada fasilitas, ukr kolam renang kecil, dan hanya ada 1 kolom, tidak seperti di web image, design restaurant yg standart banget.
Lokasi menuju ke laut, sangat terjal dan berbatuan, sudah di tempuh, tidak ada pantai.
Pelayanan staff, kurang bisa komunikasi dengan bahasa inggris, tidak helpfull.

Nice hotel, frustrating staff

The Secret Cliff Resort is hard to get to. The staff made us feel like we were stealing from them when we checked out by barging into our room before we had even left the resort. The pool was very cold. Positives were that the pizza restaurant was very good. The room was made up every day with new sheets, towels etc if needed.

Very pleasant stay in a room with an ocean view. Clean, comfy with friendly staff.
It was raining so hard during our stay here Patong area was flooded but Karon area was safe and sound. The resort is quite on the edge of Karon, a little far away from the main beach. Easy access with a car, though.
The best thing is about the view. The resort is on the cliff so you can get a nice view of the Karon beach from the restaurant. And since it's on the cliff, the room I stay, #123, was down at the bottom where it's quite a steep walking downhill to the room. A service car was provided by the resort, though.

PROS: great ocean view from room balcony, Good food in restaurants. Nice and cosy infinity pool with jacuzzi and ocean view.
CONS: Hotel is on a cliff no direct access to beach. Nothing nearby at walking distances not even a small supermarket.
Average room and bathroom..okay for the money you pay, From reception and restaurants to the rooms is up and down walk with too many stairs, tiring! But you can always call for a buggy to pick you up from your room.
