Keluarga dengan anak dewasa Indonesia, 23 Nopember 2011	layanan bagus, kamar lumayan gede ada tersedia nestcafe mesin 24 jam. minum sepuasnya. 7,7 sangat menyenangkan cocok buat family yang bawa anak.kecil, saya bawa 2 org anak.1. 3 tahun, 1 lagi 8 bulan. semuanya happy. cuman ada satu yang menurut saya kurang. dari lobby ke lift naik jalan yang agak bukit. capek. tapi overall baik. satu lagi hotel ini semuanya orang bule. Tips perjalanan: Kalau mau nawar tour ke pulau2 lain mesti setengah harga lebih. Jangan ambil di hotel mahal.

Easy access to nightlife. 9 I've stayed here before and would gladly stay here again. The welcome/check in is very good. The hotel has lovely swimming pools. Superior rooms have balconies overlooking the ocean. The one serious drawback is the bathrooms. Not up to the same standard as the rest of the room. Seriously, the hotel needs to look at making these old style baths into a more modern walk-in shower arrangement.

The pools were one of the reasons we chose that hotel, so that was very disapopinting.

It's a pretty good hotel, good reputable name so you would expect it to be very good at the basics. The pools are lovely, especially the top one - a real sun spot. Try the breakfasts - really good they've got everything you could ever want. Tip Restauran: Go to Two chefs in karon beach. Great steak, we went there twice.
Christian W. Berpasangan Sweden, 05 Januari 2013	Ok+ hotel Pool area and poolbar 7,7 Staff was nice and friendly. Checkin time was 15:00 (3:00pm), which was a bit late in our opinion. Room cleanliness was good. The one complaint would be that we had some ants having a party in a bed light. Room was good and spacious. Location is OK, but boring view with a swampy empty space between the hotel and sea, otherwise nice balcony. Pool area was nice. Pools was a bit on the dirty side though. A tad too much visible particles in the water. Pool bar has crazy good mango shakes. Beds where the softest ones we had on this trip. Thai beds are usually pretty stiff. Tip Restauran: Buffalo Steak House located in both Karon, Kata, Kamala and Patong has excellent western food if you've gotten tired of the thai food.
