Berpasangan Indonesia, 14 Oktober 2012	This Hotel Running Out of Water Kolam berenang yang oke 6,3 sebenarnya pelayannya ok, staff ramah, fasilitas yang lengkap. namun kebetulan saya pas check in jam 3, ada note bahwa Hotel running of water from 12pm - 4 pm,jadi semua customer tidak bisa mandi, buang air kecil, cuci tangan dsb. Pada kenyataannya air baru nyala jam 8.30pm tapi air yang keluar kuning dan penuh pasir. sayang hotel bintang 4 nmun tidak bisa mengantisipasi hal semacam ini. over all saya tidak dapat menikmati hotel itu.

Love this hotel and highly recommend to others. At the quieter end of Patong within walking distance to shops/restaurants etc. Rooms are huge and clean/modern, free wifi. Staff are fantastic so friendly and attentive. Will be sure to return to the Andaman Embrace next visit to Patong.

Swimming pool, huge room and bed, awesome breakfast spread. 9 I travelled with 3 families and had difficult room arrangements. The staff were very patient in ensuring we got as close an arrangement as we wanted. The overall design is pretty and I found it difficult to leave the area. The room has large windows which maximized the awesome view of the pool and sea. Breakfast spread was awesome but I wish the food was halal. Nonetheless, I enjoyed whatever I was able to eat. The hotel's a short wall to Bangla Rd so that was a plus. I'll definitely come back for more!

Buffet breakfast was awesome with a lot of choices. 5 minutes walk to Patong beach. The only setback was the loud noise from the the bar or the nearby fun fair at night. They could have better sound-prove wall.

We were booked into double deluxe rooms which were very spacious, clean and maintained. The staff went to great pains to make our stay and enjoyable one. They were friendly and concerned to ensure we had a wonderful time. We looked at many reviews of the hotel and could not agree with some of the criticisms as we did not experience anything other than a thoroughly pleasant stay.

We have stayed at many different hotels in Thailand, and this was the most beautiful, and well-run of all of them.All of the facilities, from the rooms to the pool to the restaurant were very clean and well looked after.It is about a five minute walk to Patong beach. Even though we were there in the rainy season, we still had a great time.
