Carl J. Berpasangan Norway, 18 Februari 2013	Stay away nothing 2 If you do not like dirty rooms stinking of old smoke, you should look for another hotel. In spite of the fact that the hotel claims to be a "smoke free area" smokers were everywhere. The staff refused to assist us when we pointed out that we could not stay in a smoking room and also refused to refund us the money we had paid for the room. A good advice - there are better hotels in Pattaya. Stay away from this one.

For example, "2 bottles of water free per day, 2 free coffee sachets and 2 free tea bags" – it was like a prison warden giving rations to inmates. • Rooms were very grotty. I had a cockroach greet me at the door. Mould in the shower, oily bedsheets and a rusty fridge. • Food, terrible. not worth describing.

Berpasangan China, 19 Januari 2013	old quiet 5 the facility is quite old.the furniture is old style. it gives people a dirty feeling. the location is not good enough if tourists love shopping and enjoying night life. it is difficult to take public transport near the hotel. small number of cars travel around the hotel.

Berkelompok United States of America, 30 Desember 2012	Hotel is in need of upgrading Convienent location in North Pattaya, easy access to main street and beach road 5,7 Rooms are large but had no decoration or sufficient furnishings to support the room size. Stale oder in the room that may have been Air Con related and the A/C unit was noisy. Plumbing fixtures were loose on the sink and overall experience in the bathroom was unpleasant. Shower head was clogged and did not provide a decent spray. Bathroom towels looked like they came from a service garage. Were gray and should have been replaced years ago. Cleanliness of the room was marginal. Upside was the hotel staff was pleasant and courteous.

Swimming pool. 3,3 overpriced,noisy guests (corridors echo the noise day and night).fabric of room very shabby. no free wi-fi.deposit required.adjoining street full of rubbish and used for coach tour pick ups -which is disturbing if you have a room adjacent. overall very disapointing.value for money if a whole family is staying in one room -which seems to be allowed. i would definately not recommend this hotel.sorry.

Berpasangan Germany, 29 Oktober 2012	big resort with ok value huge pool 6,7 a big resort with a bit of the mc donalds feeling at the reception. rooms are big and have a huge bed, all clean but the bathroom is a little "different" and the water mostly cold. all in all an ok place to be but i guess for that price you can find something nicer wifi was expensive! like $4 for 5h Tip Tarikan Perhatian/Pemandangan: The Sanctuary of Truth
