Berpasangan Croatia, 21 April 2013	Best 3 star hotel i've been to Location, size of room, price 9,7 Location is perfect - in a quiet area, but only a couple minutes walk from busy restaurans, bars and market. Room was hughe, bed was enormous. Pool is nice, although not for serious swimming. TV, although CRT, have superb selection of English TV chanells. Breakfast is nothing to write home about, but it's Thailand - you eat on the street :)

Berpasangan United Kingdom, 18 April 2013	Brilliant Location and comfortable room Location, Big Rooms, Friendly attentive staff 8,3 We stayed for 5 nights at the Sakorn Residence and was very impressed. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable and the location was brilliant.It is an ideal location to explore Chiang mai but away from the hustle and bustle. It has a lovely pool and a coffee shop.It was situated by the riverside, very quiet and close to some lovely restaurants. We found a lovely Italian restuarant, Arbusto italian house and the food was outstanding, better than any Italian restuarant I've been to in London. You literally come out of the Sakorn residence gate, turn right and it is on your left. Definitely worth a visit. Sakorn is close still enough to the old town to walk it in 10 minutes and the night market is very close too with lots of interesting stalls. Would definetly stay here again.

From the moment we arrived they did everything they could to make our stay an enjoyable one, even helped us call several tour agencies to book our day trips. Hotel was extremely clean and had great facilities.

Location, Friendliness, Internet 9,3 We spent six nights at the Sakorn Residence and would be happy to spend six more. We left our big bags there while on a two-day excursion in the middle of our stay; when we returned, the bags were awaiting us in our new room. This attentiveness is rare even at a five-star hotel.

I didn't mind the walk, but you miss out on the "atmosphere" of small cafes, night markets, and food. The rooms were comfy and the staff was great. Breakfasts were also excellent.

Keluarga dengan anak kecil Singapore, 06 Maret 2013	Big room and very good coffee house nearby location, eating places and teahouse nearby 8,3 I had to work on my laptop most of the morning and afternoon during my stay, and would ideally be able to work in condusive places, be it in my room or in cafes nearby. Sakorn provides exactly that. I had a big room to myself, with ample tables and chairs to lie around. And mornings by the pool were quiet and good for working. I also spent one of the afternoons at the coffee house right outside the hotel. It serves very good drinks and mini pastries for affordable prices. Bsides this place is far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city, but near enough to walk. The 20-minute walk is pretty scenic at night too and you pass along the Night Bazaar on the way to the old city. Will come back to stay whenever I need a quiet comfortable space in Chiang Mai.
