Berkelompok Singapore, 01 April 2013	Great location and large comfortable rooms Location, Large room, friendly staff 8,3 Me and a group of my friends (12 Pax in all) stayed in Hansar from 28th March to 1st April 2013. We booked and checked in separately and so we got a variety of room types. All rooms were large and comfortable with good king size bed and a huge bathroom. The hotel is a 3 mins walk from the BTS station and within walking distance to the big shopping malls like Central and Siam Paragon. It has a nice pool and a good but relatively expensive cafe which serves good Thai food. The breakfast buffet is good. However, the hotel's wifi is bad in our room and there seems to not have any Lan point for direct connection. Also, check up your booking package to see if it includes a Happy Hour free flow of drinks at the hotel bar. Some of us got it and some of us didn't which is kind of a bummer. Also there are mosquitoes at the lounge area near the piano. The staff of Hansar are nice and friendly. Most of them can speak English well. It was an overall pleasant stay.

Berkelompok Taiwan, 14 Februari 2013	excellent hotel with decent price huge, good location 9 the hotel is new and cleam. i stayed at the urban suite and it was huge. i loved the bed and the interior design. the shower is one of the best i've ever had. nice location, 2 mins walk from BTS station. however the breakfast was ok only, could be improved. but i would def stay there if i ever go to bangkok again. Tip Shopping: stay around BTS siam center. it's only few mins walk to central world, erawan shrine, zen, and platinum shopping center. everything you could get from bkk is around this district

Berkelompok United States of America, 12 Desember 2012	beautiful rooms, lacking customer service room is huge, even had a washer/dryer!, beautiful pool, great breakfast 7,3 I though it was a beautiful, modern hotel but customer service was awful. it took me over 35 minutes to order room sevoce because no one was picking up and those who did spoke no English, and then foo arrived with the wrong order. also was asked for my order at breakfast and never received it. beautiful hotel but really missing customer service for such a nice place.

Berkelompok United Kingdom, 19 Nopember 2012	Great hotel, well situated for travel Large rooms, friendly service, great breakfast 9 A smaller hotel immediately behind the Four Seasons, very friendly welcome and shown to a well appointed suite. Complimentary fresh fruit every day. Breakfast was a combination of buffet and a la carte either in the dining room or on a veranda. Concierge was very helpful with both sightseeing and recommending good restaurants. Hotel was very close to the sky train and short walk to large shopping centres. Would definitely stay there again. Tip Tarikan Perhatian/Pemandangan: Best trip was a long boat along the river to the Temple of the Reclinign Buddha and the Emerald Buddha but always remember to barter for the fare!

Located a stones throw away from the rajdamri bts station it's very convenient to get anywhere around Bangkok. Hotel is also very tastefully furnished and rooms were very comfortable and clean. It has a very nice 25 m infinity pool for lap swimming and gym was well equipped. There is also a ver nice spa in the hotel of which one can indulge in spa treatments for total relaxation. The breakfast spread was comprehensive and quite large spread. Service was prompt and very friendly. I'll definitely plan a return visit but prices for this establishment seem to be on the rise!
