We have stayed here three times on our visits to Bangkok. The location is great, next to the BTS and major malls. The rooms are huge with a small kitchenette (with washing machine/dryer), desk area and a spacious bathroom. The restaurant as well as the cafe serve great meals. Breakfast is a treat, with a wide selection. The pool area and the gym are excellent. And most of all the staff is so kind, helpful and professional. A special thanks to Joe who made every meal an extra experience with his kindness, great humor and impeccable service. Tip Restauran: If you are in town on a Sunday, try Sunday Brunch at Four Seasons next door or Sunday Family Lunch at Siam Kempinski a 15 minute walk away.
Frances K. Keluarga dengan anak belia United States of America, 25 Januari 2013	Great hotel Decor is nice, clean, and friendly staff. 9 Overall, our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectation. The complimentary breakfast offers a wide range of western and asian dishes. Also, you can order from a menu (all complimentary) if it is not displayed on the buffet table. Another interesting feature is that the mini bar in our suite was completely complimentary too!! Items in the mini bar included soft drinks, beer, cookies, chips, nuts, instant coffee and tea. And it is replenished on a daily basis during our stay. I have never been at a hotel where the mini bar in the room is complimentary. It was nice to have a sips of even the instant coffee while getting ready to go downstairs for breakfast. Or to have a small snack in between meals, especially with young children. The only thing I noticed about the amenities that was surprising is that the bath towels were quite hard and rough. And then one last thing, I had some problems with the concierge while booking some tours of the city. I was told that my children would be free for their recommended tour of the Grand Palace, but then a different concierge tried to charge me, and eventually, i solved the confusion by getting a bit irritated before I held them to their original word of the children being free. But overall, our experience with the hotel was quite good.

Keluarga dengan anak belia Canada, 19 Januari 2013	Luxe design at a fairly reasonable price cozy and smart design, location, open air corridors 9,7 I really enjoyed staying at Hansar with my family. If you've seen the pictures you can see that the hotel rooms are well designed and have a great luxe feeling. The living room in the Edge suite felt smaller than I thought it would but we were only staying for one night so that was okay. The hanging garden is a great touch. I loved opening the door and getting the fresh air, it's such a nice change from windowless closed corridors. Also have to note that a lot of the light switches had labels on them so you didn't have to turn every light on and off several times to figure it out. This was coming from another hotel suite with 20+ unlabeled light switches, so I really appreciated this nice touch! I wish I'd had more time to lounge on the daybed. Khun Santi at breakfast was very nice, he gave our sons toys to entertain them and came to chat a couple of times. The breakfast variety was good and interesting. Not the usual muffins, pancakes, and fried rice. The food was well presented and good quality. Great also to be steps away from the BTS and yet tucked away so we didn't hear the traffic.

The room's minibar cabinet door was slightly damaged when we move in, I thought it would be good if they at least repaired the door. 2. There were mosquitoes in the restaurant where they served breakfast. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our stay and the room's free snacks, beers and drinks. The toiletries for us and our kid were great, nice comfy towels, slippers and the spa in the hotel is just great. Tip untuk Ciri Hotel: If the weather is nice, sit al fresco to enjoy your breakfast.

The room was immaculate and interior design choices were made with good taste. The breakfast buffé was very good. The wifi was free and worked great and no unneccessary passwords were needed and no timelimits. Also the snacks and drinks in the minibar was free of charge which felt like a nice gesture. Without asking we got a baby cot. Unfortunately we only had time to stay for one night. Therefore we did not try the pool or the spa. But I highly recommend this hotel. And will gladly stay there again.

The bathroom was huge, with a big bathtub. Everything in the minibar was free , the ambience there was good too , the stuffs there were very friendly and with a big smile on their faces everytime. My family and I really enjoyed our trip there!

I was attract from the nice description of the hotel and we have booked. I have to say, nice room but not wow. We have asked for a sterilizer for our 6 month old son and the lady at the reception said that is not available, I have find it strange as any other hotel we have stayed it was available without any problem. As I know Thailand the next day I called the concierge and ask for it again and suddenly was available. Honestly I am not keen to go back as I found it average for what we have paid.

Tip Tarikan Perhatian/Pemandangan: Paragon buliding and aquarium. If you have children, ask to reception at the zoo. The name is World Safari and then request the taxi booking to them. You can have very nice experience.
