Even if they were not able to accomodate me on my request for early check-in, it did not matter since they upgraded me to a business suite. The room was fantastic. I loved it! Big room, clean and comfortable. Free wifi internet with good connection. Free tuk tuk ride to the nearest BTS. If you chose to walk to the BTS station, it's only like 10 mins walk. Swimming pool was of decent size. Gym has old equipments but is average. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Amat selesa dengan bilik yang kemas dan bersih. 9,7 Dengan caj semasa, saya telah diberi peluang oleh pengurusan hotel menginap di bilik suites. (Room upgrades). Bilik yang amat memuaskan lengkap dengan living area , kitchen dan facilities. Pihak hotel juga tidak mengganggu pelanggan walaupun caj semasa telah melampaui deposit yang dikemukakan. Sikap 'customer first' yang di amalkan oleh hotel ini telah memberikan rasa puashati kepada saya untuk tinggal lagi di hotel ini. Thanks to Bandara.

The garden is just opposite of the hotel and close to Silom for food and nightlife but not that close to the BTS or MRT. Staff was good but the check-in desk staffs should learm how to smile a bit.

The hotel is located in the center of Silom, close to shopping area and night life. Walking distance to sky train and subway. Very convenient.

My main complain is that the breakfast buffet is almost the same each day which gets quite sickly after several days. We stayed at Bandara specifically for its location with respect to the financial district.
