Wisatawan bisnis Philippines, 22 April 2013	good for short business stays location, convenience, accessible 5,7 we were arranging the final bill for our guests who will stay longer but the front desk is unable to provide us a receipt when we requested it. The manager even argued with us but in the end gave us a provisional receipt.

The location is pretty good coz it's just around the city, there's some shopping malls nearby and it's very convenient. One thing that i dont like inside the room is the bathroom you cannot even move widely. Tip Shopping: Inorbit Mall Infinity Mall

Keluarga dengan anak kecil Singapore, 07 Juli 2012	Grand Hometel A Sarovar Hotels near to hyper city (super market) & inorbit mall 5,7 this is one bad experience hotel that i have booked so far. when i checked in, i asked for non-smoking room & high floors, they advised that the rooms are already allocated and cannot change, thus gave me a room on lv 2 but advising it is a non-smoking room. when i went in, i saw an ashtray on the table and the room is filled with the cigarette smell, so i immediately asked for a change. which they then switch me to lv 5. i asked for wifi connection and they only delivered after i called them twice.. which is definitely more than 20 mins.. wifi here is definitely bad which took me more than 15mins to get connected after entering the user id & password. upon check out, they charge a room service (dinner buffet) to my room which i did not consumed and it took them more than 15mins to confirm that it was not me who ordered the food. i would say that i indeed have a bad experience there. not the hotel, but my experience. Tip Shopping: The hotel place is near to Inorbit Mall & Hyper City.

It is near my office too. The room is very clean. The room rates are reasonable. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. I will strongly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The immpression that I had was as if they were doing me a favour which is not the case the customer is the main person. Also the breakfast was not good.

Wisatawan bisnis Indonesia, 28 Februari 2012	Not the best value for money, noisy, smelly lobby Room is clean and spacious enough, but smells funny 3,7 Arriving at this hotel was quite a shock and disappointment. There was no proper road, only a dusty stretch of gravel, and the taxi could not enter the hotel to drop me off properly. Apparently, roadworks stretch everywhere in this part of Mumbai. When I entered the lobby I was greeted by a nauseating stink, like a smelly toilet. It was clean but the smell was very disturbing especially as I made our way into the cafe for breakfast the next morning. My room was comfortable enough, but the noise coming from the club downstairs in the middle of the night was very annoying. What kind of business hotel plays loud music on a work day??? My colleague's room however smelled like the lobby, she felt sick the whole stay. In fact, this part of Mumbai is not very pleasant to stay: smelly, dusty and remote from the city center.
