Main entrance is grand. I have booked for non-smoking room.The room is big and clean and the bed is very comfortable.The rooms dont have the stingy smell of cigarette.We came across staying in Macau Hyatt, the guest open the room's door to smoke. I rate this hotel 5 stars .There is a shopping mall next to the hotel where food is available..The cons is that the hotel does not provide free wifi, after all this is a five star hotel. Tip Restauran: There is a shopping mall nest to the hotel. food is avialable on the 5th floor. Pizza hut is at the ground floor

Its clean and have good service. We were shocked to see a table moved out of place after we came back from dinner. Called the front desk and they checked the recordings that found out that they had hotel personnel in our room fixing the A/C and they didn't move the table back in place after. They apologized and gave us a fruit platter as well for the inconvenience.

It is your typical Crown Plaza Hotel. So nothing special to add. The staff was very helpful with all my need and questions. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Good service, free internet, comfortable room and bed. What I really enjoyed was their take on the usual Buffet meal. Instead of roaming around the food making your selection you ordered from a Buffet menu. Including wine you could continue to order until you had your fill, cost RMB 168 + 15% service charge. Good value and good taste! Tip Restauran: Try the Buffet and order the Lamb Chops, you only get one at a time but they are delicious, I ended up eating three..
