The hotel needs urgent and immediate renovation which includes repairing of bathroom fittings, buying a generator for power back up etc

Certainly th best point is the location which is on the riverfront. The rooms are quite good but all the carpets need renewing, some are very dirty/stained.The staff are friendly and helpful and there are no language problems.

Berpasangan United States of America, 03 Maret 2013	Hotel has seen better days Great location, good lobby, wifi 6,7 The room we were shown had twin beds, so we asked to be moved and they showed us to a dinky room with black plastic over the window- nothing like the ad. We had to go for an upgrade and pay more to get a decent room. Actually their better rooms are big and pretty with a nice view of the river, but expect to pay more. The breakfast that comes with the room was big and the girl will make omelets to order. We were disappointed in our lunch, they forgot us and when it came it was nothing special. There are many fine restaurants within walking distance, so we hung out in the open air lobby and had drinks then went somewhere else for food. The river promenade is great for an evening stroll or a morning run, and the palace and museum are very close by.
